Cancellation Policy

No commitment – always in control

Salubi memberships are designed to be flexible. We believe that if a membership is right for you, you will want to stay. There is no need to lock you in.

How to cancel

  1. Log in to your Salubi platform

  2. Go to Account Settings → Membership

  3. Select 'Cancel membership' and confirm

  4. You will receive a cancellation confirmation by email

  5. Your membership remains active until the end of your current billing period

  6. You will not be charged for the next period

Salubi Plus free trial

Salubi Plus includes a 14-day free trial for all new members.

  • If you cancel before the 14-day trial period ends, you will not be charged anything

  • After the trial period, your membership continues automatically at 99,- per month

  • You will receive a reminder before the trial period ends

Downgrading from Plus to Basic

You can downgrade from Salubi Plus to Salubi Basic at any time without cancelling entirely. Your profile, health data and assessment results carry over. The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing period.

What happens to your data after cancellation

  • Your Salubi profile and health data are retained for 30 days after cancellation

  • During this period, you can reactivate your membership and all data will be restored

  • After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements

  • You can request immediate deletion of your data at any time by contacting post@salubi.no

Reactivating your membership

You can reactivate your Salubi membership at any time through your platform or by contacting us. If you reactivate within 30 days of cancellation, your full profile and history are restored. If you reactivate after 30 days, you start fresh with a new profile.

Refund policy

Salubi does not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, your membership remains active until the end of that billing period. No charge is made for the following period.
